How To Order

Register & Log In to Request Quotations on eKingoya

Step 1. Visit the eKingoya Website

Step 2. Find the Registration/Log In Section

  • Look for a "My Account" button, usually located at the top-right corner of the homepage.

Step 3. Register for a New Account

  • Click "Register" if visiting website and signing up for the first time
  • Fill in the required details:
    • Select Business Type (General Public, Authorized Dealers, Plantation Owners)
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Password (create a strong password)
    • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Agree to the 'Terms of Use' & 'Privacy Policy', and click "Register".

Step 4. Verify Your Email (if required)

  • Click the link to verify your account.
  • Check your email inbox for a verification link from eKingoya (you will receive a noreply@kingoya.ag email).

Step 5. Request a Quotation

  • You can directly choose your product(s) under the 'Navigation' tab which will give you a dropdown of 4 product categories (Harvesting Tools, Upkeep, Evacuation and Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Select the choice of product(s) and quantity desired (click on the '+' button to increase the quantity count OR "-" button to reduce the quantity.
  • Select "Ask for Price" and a pop-up window will appear to either 'Continue' (to continue browsing on our site and navigate to other products) OR 'View Qart' (Qart stands for Quotation Cart, and since we are on a 'Request for Quotation' site the term identifies when you had placed a quotation request).
  • Once you select 'View Qart', you can then review your quotation order and adjust the quantity amount. Once you are settled with your product choice, click on 'Request Quotation'.

Step 6. Wait for Response

  • eKingoya will process your request and send a quotation to your registered email or through your account dashboard.

Step 7. Follow Up (if needed)

  • If you don't receive a response within the expected timeframe, check your spam folder or contact Kingoya Enterprise on +603-78450187 during our hours of operation (Mondays – Fridays 9am to 5:30pm Malaysia time). Alternatively email to us sales@kingoya.ag for additional queries on your quotation order.
